Applicant Matching

So, you’ve just added a new property to the market through your estate agency software package. What you’ve got to do now is try to find some buyers for it!

Well, I’m going tell you what my estate agency software does for me. I hope none of the agents in my town are reading this, but I don’t mind giving everyone else a leg up.

Each applicant in my BaySoft system can have multiple matching preference profiles. This greatly simplifies the process of recording more complex buyer requirements.

When I put a new property on, I push the “match” button, and back comes a list of all interested applicants. I then push the “email” button to send the details of the new property to those with email addresses, and the “print” button to produce a 1 pager for the rest. (Have you seen the price on stamps these days!)

It’s all automated, and gets my properties shifted quickly. Great!
