A Rare Bonding Moment for Father and Daughter
My dad was never that into bonding with us kids. I don’t know if it was just his personality or if he didn’t feel as close to us because he was exmormon, but I did have a happy time that I asked him to go to Indiana Jones and the Last Crusades with me and he accepted. He had a really nice time. Years Later I was so disappointed to have to turn down a trip with him to Montana because I had a doctor appointment I couldn’t reschedule. It would have been a really fun trip with my exmormon dad, talking about things we can both relate to.
