The everlasting debate on Electronic Dog Collars

The debate over electronic collars has been argued for the past 30 years.  That’s when they were first introduced, over thirty years have passed and still the same arguments remain over the electronic dog collars.  Many uneducated disputers claim the collars are cruel and inhumane to animals.  However, with today’s technology the collars are easily controlled and have a safety feature which will not allow the stimulus to last for more than around 10 seconds.  Also, compared to other tactics, this seems the less stressful discipline for the pet owner and the pet.  Overall, as long as the operator is responsible, the dog is going to get the most effective training from an electronic dog collar than from other less effective training methods.
