My Uncle Asked me “How Does Foreclosure Work”?

My Uncle Mark and my Aunt Louise are facing a foreclosure and I want to help if I can. So when he asked me “how does foreclosure work” the other day I tried to tell him with as much information as I could. I told him that I knew that the bank usually wants to resolve the issue before going through the process of foreclosure, so that they should contact their lender right away. That way they might be able to refinance or something like that. If not that they should have at least 9 months or so before they have to vacate.
