A Mother’s Useful Gift

In the beginning, I had the thought of having a quite simple kitchen set up for myself. I really believed I didn’t need more than a blender. That’s what I thought initially, but then my mother gave me a food processor. There’s not a day that goes by without me using it now. I think mine really is the best food processor anyone can employ in the kitchen. It makes slicing vegetables so much simpler and faster. Not only does it run rapidly, it slices each item into consistent sizes too. The settings run from ultra-fine to very coarse grinds. I’m kind of awkward, so I avoid using a knife whenever I can.
