A little help to reach my goal

I have a goal to lose some weight and get in better shape, and I am trying to figure out the best way to reach this goal. I think I could use a little help in order to lose the amount I want to, so I was thinking of buying a weight loss guide like Fat Burning Furnace. Has anyone tried this program? I am wondering if it is easy to follow and if it is really helpful. Can anyone tell me more about the Fat Burning Furnace and what is involved? I would love to hear more about it.
