A Healthy Mind

To have focus in the gym is a key factor in your training. Your success is going to be alot, actually mostly due to the state of mind that you are in when you take on this.  It really is mind over matter. your body will go. It takes alot of will power and physical exerction. Look at this, when you go to the gym and there are people around watching you exercise you are going to lift more weight for more reps then if you where exercising at home.  So do not waste time at the gym and let your mind lead.
