I used to be a part time personal trainer during college. After I got married and had my children, I wasn’t able to work out like I use to. After getting on my weight scale one morning, I decided that I need to get back to exercising and called up a personal trainer chicago that day. Since I used to be a trainer, I wasn’t sure if this would be ideal for me. But she gave me the push that I needed. By jogging, strength exercises, and weight lifting every week, I am now getting my old fit body back one day at a time.
