The Twist is very simple. Do a squat on the floor while grasping the ball and placing it in front of you. Bend backwards as far as you can up until you feel a slight tingle on your abs. Then, shift the ball from side to side. Do this for 5 counts, then, rest. Repeat for another 2-3 sets.
