Guess what was my number one resolution this year? Just like every year, it was to lose at least ten pounds. And every year not only have I not lost those pounds, I added a pound or two. And of course, I don’t want to spend hours sweating in the gym. I want to do it fast and see the results right away. My best friend Jan recommended this new program to me. I’m hooked! Let me give you a Fat Burning Furnace review from my own experience. I only spend about fifteen or twenty minutes doing weight training three times a week. That’s it. And I started noticing changes in my body within two weeks. Seeing the results so soon encourages me to keep going.
