Looking For A Party Wall Surveyor
My wife and I want to have a wall built around our property and are not sure about the laws and regulations that we need to follow. One stretch of the wall will be between our house and our neighbors house. We would like him to pay for half of it but he is not willing to. I realize we cannot force him to pay for it even though he will benefit from it. He has also warned us that we better no damage one blade of grass o his property. What a jerk. I think I need to find and retain a party wall surveyor before we begin this project.
